Thank you for choosing Elegrates, owned and operated by Jovani Patino for AI Caller and lead generation services. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

1. No Refund Policy

Because our services involve:

• AI system setup

• Marketing funnel design

• Workflow installation

• Access to proprietary software

• Digital services performed immediately

All payments made to Elegrates are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

• Upfront 90-day payment (e.g., $2,499)

• Monthly subscription fees

• Setup fees

• Service fees

• Consulting fees

• Add-ons and upgrades

2. Cancellation of Services

After the initial commitment period (if applicable), services move to month-to-month.

To cancel:

• Email: [email protected]

• Subject: “Cancel My Subscription”

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be given for unused time.

Upon cancellation:

• AI Caller access will stop

• Automations & workflows will be disabled

• Phone numbers tied to the system will be disconnected or reassigned

• Lead follow-up will stop

• Dashboard access may be removed

3. Ad Spend Policy

If your package includes paid ads:

• Ad spend is paid directly to Meta/Facebook

• We do not refund ad spend

• We do not control Meta billing or refund decisions

4. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails:

• We may pause all services until payment is resolved

• AI caller, follow-up and booking systems will be deactivated

• Phone numbers may be temporarily suspended

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time.
